Product Description:

Veracity OUTREACH Max is an Ethernet and Power over Ethernet extender for positioning POE-enabled devices such as IP cameras and wireless access points beyond the usual cable distance. It connects inline with Cat5 or Cat6 network cable, adding 100 metres per unit and supporting extended connections up to 800 metres depending on power demand. The unit supports IEEE 802.3af POE, IEEE 802.3at POE Plus and non-standard or 4-pair POE over 60 watts, with automatic configuration for link speed, duplex and crossover. No configuration or electrical supply is needed, and 100BASE-T Ethernet bandwidth is maintained over extended runs.
