The Transcend TS128GMTS430S is a compact M.2 SATA III SSD designed for Ultrabooks, thin and light notebooks, and other small form factor devices. Measuring 42mm in length, it uses 3D NAND flash, high-quality flash chips and a DDR3 DRAM cache. The drive delivers read speeds up to 560MB/s, write speeds up to 380MB/s, and 4K random file performance up to 85,000 IOPS. ECC, garbage collection and wear-leveling features support data handling and drive lifespan. It also works with Transcend SSD Scope software for monitoring and performance optimisation. The SSD is covered by a 1-year warranty.
