The Planet GS-4210-8T2S is an 8-port Gigabit managed Ethernet switch designed for network backbones and edge deployments. It combines eight 10/100/1000BASE-T copper ports with two 100/1000BASE-X SFP fibre interfaces and offers 20Gbps switching capacity. IPv4/IPv6 management, Layer 2 to Layer 4 switching, VLAN, link aggregation, spanning tree, QoS and traffic management support network administration. Security functions include SSHv2, TLS, DHCP Snooping, ARP Inspection Protection, 802.1x, RADIUS, TACACS+ and SNMPv3. The fanless metal housing supports quiet operation, and management is available through web, command-line, Telnet, console and SNMP interfaces. Includes a 3-year warranty.
