Product Description:
The MicroConnect SFTP702O is a 2 m orange Cat7 network cable for connecting devices such as switches, modems and routers, or linking network equipment to a patch panel, keystone jack or wall outlet. Tested up to 600 MHz, it uses S/FTP shielding to protect against electromagnetic interference. The cable has male RJ-45 connectors, a snagless boot with kink, strain relief and latch protection, and a low smoke zero halogen jacket. It is backwards compatible with Cat6a, Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5 cables and is suitable for PoE and PoE+ applications. The cable is manufactured with Cat6a connectors, which meet the minimum standard up to 500 MHz.
