Product Description:
The MicroConnect SFTP702G is a 2 m green Cat7 S/FTP network cable for connecting devices such as switches, modems and routers, or linking equipment to a patch panel, keystone jack or wall outlet. Tested up to 600 MHz, it uses shielding to protect against electromagnetic interference, which can cause crosstalk, increased errors and slower transmission rates. The cable has male RJ-45 connectors, a low smoke zero halogen jacket and a snagless boot with kink protection, strain relief and latch protection. It is backwards compatible with CAT6a, CAT6, CAT5e and CAT5 cables and is suitable for Power over Ethernet and Power over Ethernet Plus.
