Product Description:
The MicroConnect SFTP701S is a 1m black CAT7 S/FTP network cable for reliable connections between network devices such as switches, modems and routers, or to infrastructure through a patch panel, keystone jack or wall outlet. Tested up to 600 MHz, it uses RJ-45 connectors manufactured to the CAT6a standard and is backwards compatible with CAT6a, CAT6, CAT5e and CAT5 cables. S/FTP shielding protects against electromagnetic interference, while the snagless boot helps prevent connector damage during installation in confined spaces. The cable is also suitable for Power over Ethernet and Power over Ethernet Plus applications.
