Product Description:
The MicroConnect SFTP701O is a 1 m orange CAT7 networking cable for connecting devices such as switches, modems and routers, or network infrastructure through a patch panel, keystone jack or wall outlet. It is tested up to 600 MHz and uses S/FTP shielding to protect against electromagnetic interference, which can cause crosstalk, data errors and slower transmission rates. The cable has CAT6a connectors, is backwards compatible with CAT6a, CAT6, CAT5e and CAT5 cables, and features a snagless design to help protect the connector during installation in tight spaces. Its LSZH construction is suitable for Power over Ethernet and Power over Ethernet Plus.
